I have 300lbs max of weight on my home gym atm
And I can do 10 reps of it squats or deads
My max for deads is in the 400rds and my squat max is 400
So slapping out 5 reps of 300 dosnt do much for me
I can do 5at for bench and overhead press though

I do 5x5 150 bench right now
Although I got through three at 200 last week
Wanted to die though haha
I don’t do a fixed weight
I graduate each set
Usually on a set of 5x5 squat it’s
135 x 10
185 x5
225 x5
265x5
295x 5
325 x5
@Trash Squid start that progressive overload then. Do sets of ass many as possible. Utilize what you have

I used to rotate weights one day then running the next, but I’m actually terrified to try running again because I’m genetically fucked and am really prone to stress fractures in both legs
And yes, I used to use C4 but I don’t know if I should try RedCon 1 or another brand
@Existance is pain try biking, elliptical, rows, or swim for cardio alternatives
