A simple fixture could keep a sheet of basically AR500 steel the size of an average door propped up and facing the entryway.

You can keep the drum empty when not necessary, and fill it via hose and sink (yes long time I know)

So we're looking at over 500lbs in total steel, water and drum blocking a specific entryway that would be bullet resistant.

I don't think a battering ram or 2 officers kicking would be able to move it without extreme effort. Shit and if you put a rubber material on the bottom it might be nearly impossible to slide out of the way.
