net neutrality was originally about ISPs throttling peer to peer
which was the bulk of traffic at that time
and it was hijacked to force ISPs to carry the web 2.0 replacements for p2p at no charge
i.e. youtube, netflix, etc.

although I despise the mercantile aspects of the regulation,
I support it because I want p2p back
