that is the problem with migration en masse. We cannot want to bring their worst, and the crime they bring and thus create a race to the bottom there. We cannot want to bring the middle class because that means there is no economy or workforce at all where they came from. We cannot bring their top performers because then we elimate their entire means of production. No matter what choice we make in that matrix people suffer
