I tried american bread once
shove a load of dairy in your diet, cheese, milk butter all the good stuff

yeah not ONLY meat i said mostly meat type of meals
as if you don't do any cardio when on a high carb diet the weight will go to your stomach and get fat
like i'd expect brioche to be sweet, but not normal fucking bread
