It's really not hard to lose weight what so ever, put down the shovel and pick up the spoon, eat less, exercise more. and weigh yourself daily. It's not rocket science or brain surgery!

Weighing yourself daily is stupid. Weekly is much more better and puts less pressure cause you're not gonna lose weight each and every single day.
