It's really not hard to lose weight what so ever, put down the shovel and pick up the spoon, eat less, exercise more. and weigh yourself daily. It's not rocket science or brain surgery!

I'd say weigh yourself daily or every two days, as I know so many people who weigh themselve weekly and then they realise they put weight on and throw out all there, diet/workout the window and just binge eat the whole weekend
