Grandparents are the best. I have a bittersweet story of my grandparents on my moms side. My grandpa passed away the day after my grandma. The doctors told him she passed and he sort of just gave up. I think he decided that he had lived a good enough life.

my grandma just moved back near me after living next to the worlds largest lead smelter for like 9 years

Well the saddest part was after they passed, it was hard for my mother.

she's going hiking a lot but her knees are slowing her down and her left lung hurts from the radiation
