When I have very vivid and wild dreams I never wake up rested

@Dino I used to lucid dream a lot, then my subconscious didn't let me anymore and another version of me popped up and stabbed me in the gut and went "this isn't your playground anymore" and I woke up in agony.

Again I don't experience dreams what so ever, I just kinda die.

It was like 3 years ago but I remember that portion of the dream absolutely perfectly.
