2018-11-17 14:31:20 UTC

I was dreaming a lot and my brain will go for dream continuance over waking up ok @Deleted User

2018-11-17 14:31:32 UTC

Sounds liek fun

2018-11-17 14:31:45 UTC

What were you dreaming about

2018-11-17 14:31:53 UTC

A lot of shit tbh

2018-11-17 14:32:14 UTC

i had a weird dream last night too

2018-11-17 14:32:21 UTC

hope everyone slept well

2018-11-17 14:32:32 UTC

Describe the dream b0ss

2018-11-17 14:32:39 UTC

my school teacher from when i was younger was my boss and was yelling at me for quitting

2018-11-17 14:32:44 UTC

It's pretty hard to explain, but I was semi-consciously controlling my dream and it was working which is a *really* good sign for my mental state

2018-11-17 14:32:55 UTC

lucid dream then lad ?

2018-11-17 14:33:01 UTC

its called lucid dreaming

2018-11-17 14:33:04 UTC

Not quite?

2018-11-17 14:33:13 UTC

I know lucid dreams, it wasn't one

2018-11-17 14:33:18 UTC

and for some reason i went to a horse race with my dad

2018-11-17 14:33:26 UTC

i never had interest in it

2018-11-17 14:33:44 UTC

my dreams are just always odd

2018-11-17 14:34:06 UTC

@coattailsandbowties i mean, that sentence is literally the definition of "lucid dream"

2018-11-17 14:34:25 UTC

@Deleted User you should take your dad to the horses

2018-11-17 14:34:27 UTC

If I drink I don't remember my dreams if I don't drink I have hellish nightmares

2018-11-17 14:34:28 UTC

I wasn't fully conscious it was a dream, and I wasn't fully controlling it, but I was able to change aspects of it using the same techniques I used to use for lucid dreaming which stopped working when my mental health tanked

2018-11-17 14:34:29 UTC

could be a laugh

2018-11-17 14:34:48 UTC

but he isn't interested either

2018-11-17 14:34:52 UTC

oh

2018-11-17 14:35:05 UTC

@Ruger nah because I wasn't fully conscious it was a dream and *I* wasn't deciding to change things

2018-11-17 14:35:17 UTC

i would like to take him to etihad sometime

2018-11-17 14:35:33 UTC

you arent fully concious during a lucid dream

2018-11-17 14:35:54 UTC

thats like counter intuitive to "dream"

2018-11-17 14:36:15 UTC

when my dreams turn lucid, my reaction is to always wake my self up

2018-11-17 14:36:20 UTC

Ok call it cognizant instead

2018-11-17 14:36:27 UTC

lucid dreams seem super weird, i tried to do it when i was younger but didn't work

2018-11-17 14:36:33 UTC

"A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During lucid dreaming, the dreamer may be able to have some control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment."

2018-11-17 14:36:40 UTC

My consciousness is aware it's dreaming

2018-11-17 14:36:44 UTC

EXACTLY

2018-11-17 14:37:17 UTC

never seen a man so confused about a dream

2018-11-17 14:37:41 UTC

In this kinda dream, my "conciousness" the part of me that thinks and is clever, *isn't* active, as opposed to lucid dreams which I used to have, where it *is*.

2018-11-17 14:38:15 UTC

I can control aspects within the scope of the dream without being aware it's a dream consciously

2018-11-17 14:38:20 UTC
