It depends on how it works for an individual. Some people don't get endorphines from going outside, so going out more *doesn't help*

@Octavia medication hasn't helped. Nothing I can do on my own has helped. My last option is therapy. Beyond that, well there's always a way out isn't there?

Well that way put ain't so golden, especially if you fail and wake up to family and loved ones crying over you, you dont get rid of the pain, you just transfer it on to the people who care about you the most. @coattailsandbowties
