@AstroTorch just stop waking up at 4.30. And try to get sleep in increments of 1.5 hours, that's roughly the duration of a sleep cycle. It's easier to wake in lighter sleep and you feel less tired durinf the day.

I usually dream in the mornings, and I push myself awake during them because that's lightest sleep you really get
I'm just going to exist on stimulants and warm milk until uni ends then go self employed again because all the graduate positions look awful
I just wake up when my alarm screeches at me after 3-5 hours
