I've thought about trying doubling up time awake & sleep time so you'd stay up for a day & a night then sleep for a day and a night. probably unhealthy but I always wake up feeling like I've not had enough sleep but go to bed not tired enough

@AstroTorch just stop waking up at 4.30. And try to get sleep in increments of 1.5 hours, that's roughly the duration of a sleep cycle. It's easier to wake in lighter sleep and you feel less tired durinf the day.
