I didn't say you were

2020-03-02 20:00:54 UTC

well you said it was human nature, and im human thus id be bound by that rule, and im evidently not since i havent derailed

2020-03-02 20:01:00 UTC

are you going to answer my question though?

2020-03-02 20:01:04 UTC

Its a simple yes or no question

2020-03-02 20:01:07 UTC

I will answer your question

2020-03-02 20:01:12 UTC

Alright, lets see it

2020-03-02 20:01:16 UTC

I did answer it.

2020-03-02 20:01:21 UTC

Quote yourself.

2020-03-02 20:01:29 UTC

There is nothing wrong with my answer of previous

2020-03-02 20:01:39 UTC

That idealism is a tool of mass control

2020-03-02 20:01:42 UTC

I demonstrated what's wrong with your previous argument

2020-03-02 20:01:51 UTC

And I still don't understand your criticism

2020-03-02 20:01:54 UTC

You're typing in fucking hebrew

2020-03-02 20:01:55 UTC

Your argument presupposes the falsity of the conclusion it aims to rebut, in one of its propositions

2020-03-02 20:02:05 UTC

Let me clear this up for you

2020-03-02 20:02:08 UTC

Appreciate it

Suppose that i believe morality is objective.
You asked me to back that up
And I, in one of the premises in the argument i aim to use to substantiate my claim that morality is objective, ASSUME that morality is objective
So, proposition X is true because Y and Z, and Y is true because X is true. this would be a circular argument and not a coherent refutation

2020-03-02 20:04:21 UTC

I don't understand why you're struggling with this, its quite simple

2020-03-02 20:04:30 UTC

So you're asking me to use a situation where idealism is true to argue the falsity of idealism

2020-03-02 20:05:00 UTC

Well then I can't because it's true in that situation

2020-03-02 20:05:02 UTC

No, I'm asking for an argument against idealism, in which one of the propositions of such argument doesn't presuppose the truth value of your conclusion

2020-03-02 20:05:10 UTC

Oh

2020-03-02 20:05:12 UTC

Is serious spelled right

2020-03-02 20:05:16 UTC

Yes

2020-03-02 20:05:18 UTC

I'm having a stroke

2020-03-02 20:05:21 UTC

It doesn't look right

2020-03-02 20:05:30 UTC

Well I can't think like that right now @Sentient23

2020-03-02 20:05:39 UTC

Let me rephrase it again in mathematical terms

2020-03-02 20:05:39 UTC

I've got ideas floating in my head but

2020-03-02 20:05:41 UTC

No no

2020-03-02 20:05:42 UTC

I get you

2020-03-02 20:05:57 UTC

I'm dismissing idealism with the mindset of idealism being already dismissed

2020-03-02 20:06:02 UTC

I can't think right now

2020-03-02 20:06:11 UTC

Proposition X

Argument for proposition X: Y, Z, and D

Argument for statements in the argument for proposition X: Y is true because X

2020-03-02 20:06:13 UTC

alright

2020-03-02 20:06:16 UTC

I get you though

2020-03-02 20:06:21 UTC

Your logic is strong

2020-03-02 20:06:30 UTC

Although I still gotta prove your logic too

2020-03-02 20:06:38 UTC

I'm gonna go to the shops I'll be back

2020-03-02 20:06:47 UTC

Alright, ill go to bed right now anyway
