@Tero Hardly, China is an authoritarian police state. Everyone gets monitored. The reason this outbreak is happening is because govt. officials didn't act early because they didn't want to take the blame from higherups. And they didn't want to reveal the truth to save their own asses

It wouldn't have been spread so far if early action had been taken. The people who ate from the markets would have gotten sick, then quarantined and it would have stopped there. But the provincial govt. didn't want to have to admit they were dealing with SARS 2.0 to Xi so they didn't anything until recently
