you have to break it down into as many small steps as you can
and build up to achieving them all consistently
like 80% is diet tbh @Sechesin the gym is only the last 20% start with the basics and adjust your diet
@Sechesin if you want a direct thing you can use, don't eat more than 1800 calories a day
heard the saying abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym

I used to go pretty constantly with a mediocre diet so I still have some size but I haven't been in like a month

I actually had abs at my fittest after I lost the majority of it
@Sechesin 1800 a day will put you on track to lose 1 - 2 lb a week
but it was also when I would go to the gym for like 2-3 hours cause I didn't want to be fatty fat fat

if you are in a pretty active job then yeah 1800 is probably lower than maintenance, just adjust it so you are losing 1-2lbs a week
