@Sechesin start with a basic program, there are a lot of places you can look

Ottermode isn't cutting it for me but I have no motivation to go gym nor eat proper
you have to break it down into as many small steps as you can
and build up to achieving them all consistently
like 80% is diet tbh @Sechesin the gym is only the last 20% start with the basics and adjust your diet
@Sechesin if you want a direct thing you can use, don't eat more than 1800 calories a day
heard the saying abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym
abs are the LAST thing you get

I used to go pretty constantly with a mediocre diet so I still have some size but I haven't been in like a month

abs are a bit of a nonstarter for most genetics

but it was also when I would go to the gym for like 2-3 hours cause I didn't want to be fatty fat fat
