@zalfir it takes incredible resilience. Working 12 hours a day 6 days a week then 5 kids every night when you're exhausted.

my step dad's been offered manager a few times & turned it down. pay's hardly any better & it's just a fuck ton more work. He's content with the life he's got & at the end of the day thats the best you can really ask for
