or i might be thinking of full driver support
Its about expectations really, I'm used to medium settings so mid settings in VR isnt much of a problem but if I was used to ultra 24/7 it'd be a bitch
from a statistics standpoint it should run fine, idk what goes on inside the graphics card though so idfk
i remember seeing something come up on the geforce driver
Honestly I dont have a pc, the space or the money for vr so I don't know that much or have the experience
EXCUSE ME
IT'S MA'AM
aye ive put it off due to my current system spec
thats one ugly woman
When you enjoyed prison too much..
mental illness people
not even once
lol
@shitzngigz its the best
Like a good vr room
Thatโs what I want, I have the space back home so I want to utilise it
Any recommendations on a pc @Octavia?
build your own
^^
Have no experience doing that
I built my first PC a few months ago on my own, although I did have someone to help me out a bit via a call
its not rocket science and youtube can show you everything you cant figure out
@shitzngigz unless you're a mongoloid idiot there are tons of guides and videos to help. http://www.logicalincrements.com
Iโll give it a crack
That site will give great part price/performance advice too
Building your own pc is basically adult lego
yeah
aye just with expensive parts
Just be careful when you put the thermal paste on. Dont use too much ๐๐
I do have a couple friends who could help me out
you seen that liquid metal thermal compound @sweatercowsandsass
Not too much thermal paste, got it ๐
Adult Lego is also building an ar-15.
Yeah, ask one of them to give you a hand, even do what I did and do a video call with them while you're building it so they can keep you on the right track @shitzngigz
Will do.
@THCVee i just used the thermal paste that came with it lmao
@shitzngigz one invaluable piece of advice for if something ever goes wrong with a computer, prebuilt or self built, if something shits the bed and you send it back for repair or replacement they will often ask "was it plugged into a surge protector?" Always, always, always say yes. That's a bullshit cop out they use to avoid fulfilling warrantee
^^ I know this too well
lol, i had my gaming laptop apart and redid the cpu and gpu on mine with it and cut the temps down by 40 degrees lol, i cant reach the thermal max on it now lol
