the 970 is about the same as a 1060 and vr runs well on a 1060

Its about expectations really, I'm used to medium settings so mid settings in VR isnt much of a problem but if I was used to ultra 24/7 it'd be a bitch

from a statistics standpoint it should run fine, idk what goes on inside the graphics card though so idfk

i remember seeing something come up on the geforce driver

Honestly I dont have a pc, the space or the money for vr so I don't know that much or have the experience

@shitzngigz one invaluable piece of advice for if something ever goes wrong with a computer, prebuilt or self built, if something shits the bed and you send it back for repair or replacement they will often ask "was it plugged into a surge protector?" Always, always, always say yes. That's a bullshit cop out they use to avoid fulfilling warrantee
