by downloading and fucking with the data in the ECU's memory then reuploading it i managed to disable not only the immobilizer, but the emissions monitors for the o2 sensor, catalytic converter, and EGR system as well!

so now it runs again, and it'll pass state inspection machine's tests perfectly despite having literally no emissions shit anymore
