We're probably just going to have it with only a few posts, but edit them with the relevant links in each like a list. For example of you are looking for what alimoney laws are in California that will be under the alimony post, and anything we found for California will be displayed in one of the areas ex:

Etc

They'll likely be built up as we find more information for people or that people find from their own states

Better, and proper, preparation is key. Knowing when and how to lawyer up is key. Preparation, Execution. From there, it's a matter of presenting the best case properly to the courts.

In GA (which should help you, too) Alimony is tax deductble, but child support is not, which is why you see amicalbe divorced settled by the parties to "favor" alimony
