well only you are responsible for your own life, the only way to improve it is to embrace a more positive outlook and get on with it, it's not unique to you, it is much the same for everyone, and if you are really struggling that bad, you need to go and get professional help from someone trained in psychology, if it is clinical depression, you may need medication to help balance out the chemicals in your mind.

Find what makes you happy and don't compromise on it, enjoy it as much as you can

If you're depressed and stuff it's obviously not your fault, maybe you can get on meds to help, but getting motivated in the first place is the big problem

True. I was driving Lyft and Uber full time for almost a year. At first I loved it but it just didn't pay eniugh. By the time I stopped I hated it.

Now I make aot more money back in my previous field of work
