We are subdividing off a bit of land and trying to get that sold, we will use the money to put electricity on and then maybe like a shed or a small cabin, that should be really comfortable... like... not quite a house but close enough xD

Do you reckon you can eventually build a house from scratch there or will you move somewhere else?

We want to build a house from scratch, my dad drew up some floor plans he wanted and I fixed them up in autocad for him, since he knew his dimensions he wanted for rooms but didn’t do a lot of accounting for walls and such xD
