Even minor ones
Here is a dog in a flood xD this was literally as I stepped out of my van, I lost a lot of clothes and carpet xD
Aww :<
I reccon I was one of the more interesting sights, some random bitch at 3am in the morning in nothing but a dressing gown trying to get the cows back across the highway since they got out a few times during the floods xD
>.<;;;;;;;
I got a few good photos from it
The only amusing things that happen cause of the weather here are slipping on ice, and people getting soaked on the pavement from passing cars throwing puddles at them
This is the highway btw
Woulda been horrible if the road had been busy when they got out... People would hit them >.<
I think this might of been one of the days the highway was closed because we got flooded in
Oh that's good that they close it. It really doesn't look flooded there though, just a little wet. How high does the water go?
sup
I kinda see discrimination as being based on bias, like misandry
That a park on a hill that leads down to the river, it wasn’t too bad for us but I know the water level got up to 12m in Lismore (just upriver from us)
@Men Are Human now I really want to know an example of unbiased discrimination xD
That's kinda what I mean! It pretty much has to be based on something like that.
Maybe it's like discrimination based on a skill or trait like strength. I guess you could call it unbiased but technically leads to a group of people being far less likely to be selected
I guess.
If you find me on the internet, accused of sexism, please note that I was framed. Thank you.
Lol >.<
oh wow, what are the circumstances? do you have to go? are you going just to listen? or are you going there to try and do a discussion?
I haven't researched the sources for this but it may be worthwhile showing them this
Women of that same age range not in college are more at risk of sexual assault than those in college
In addition, men at college of that age range are almost twice as likely to be sexual assaulted as those outside college
Male college-aged students (18-24) are 78% more likely than non-students of the same age to be a victim of rape or sexual assault.1Female college-aged students (18-24) are 20% less likely than non-students of the same age to be a victim of rape or sexual assault.1
So why there's such a focus on prevention on campus...?
If anything men are the ones more put at risk for going
@Stargazer Sazuri You should mention some of the studies on the Reddit.
You can also find the personal stories of men and boys on www.menarehuman.com
You should read out this one: https://menarehuman.com/sexual-harassment-men-and-boys/
Or if you want to nuke them from orbit: https://menarehuman.com/raised-by-a-convicted-female-sex-offender/
Broadly related, we just had a new article by the way: https://menarehuman.com/sexism-vs-boys-part-1/
Looks good, I remember reading a lot of those
It's nice to see all these stories from the reddit compiled in one place 😃
Cool. :) If you see any others we could do, let me know. I check New way too much, but I do miss things. I think it's extremely important to start documenting all of this in one place where it won't get lost on Reddit.
Html at the bottom of the page is fixed, thanks for reporting that @InsaneCaterpilla
