Do you reckon you can eventually build a house from scratch there or will you move somewhere else?

We want to build a house from scratch, my dad drew up some floor plans he wanted and I fixed them up in autocad for him, since he knew his dimensions he wanted for rooms but didn’t do a lot of accounting for walls and such xD

Nice, gotta save a lot to get all the materials I bet

Yeah, and everything is so expensive here too

Also dirt, since we are on a flood plain we need to build up to above the flood Levi and dad is adamant that he doesn’t want stilts xD

Oof, with global warming those floods might get more severe too

I've never had to deal with any natural disasters

I reccon I was one of the more interesting sights, some random bitch at 3am in the morning in nothing but a dressing gown trying to get the cows back across the highway since they got out a few times during the floods xD

The only amusing things that happen cause of the weather here are slipping on ice, and people getting soaked on the pavement from passing cars throwing puddles at them

I kinda see discrimination as being based on bias, like misandry

That a park on a hill that leads down to the river, it wasn’t too bad for us but I know the water level got up to 12m in Lismore (just upriver from us)

That's kinda what I mean! It pretty much has to be based on something like that.

Maybe it's like discrimination based on a skill or trait like strength. I guess you could call it unbiased but technically leads to a group of people being far less likely to be selected
