@InsaneCaterpilla I haven't tried to enforce it personally. I don't think it's good to mess up the natural flow. Maybe it is best to make this #chat and have a #serious-business channel?

If you are new, it might not be great to just walk in and land right in a heavy debate or some such. Best to let everyone get to know people, and let them pick through the channels
