Personally I am a little cautious about Tier 2 Rule 3. Due to some recent behaviour by the moderation team (and a not insignificant amount of experience with other servers) I feel that the term "trolling" is problematically nebulous and would require special attention to determine whether it is genuinely a malicious act or merely a person who likes to debate
I think letting people be aware that there are such possible consequences are possible makes people keep themselves in check. We are less of a come-chill-and-jerk-about and more focused and dedicated to advancement. If something is worthy of consideration for a ban, there can be no argument that it was never spoken of in advance.
A precise description of what involves trolling can't be given exactly because it is subjective and has to be left up to mod discretion, however that isn't to say that if admins feel a mod is excessive in their zeal that something won't be said about it
Right. Something can be bad enough to get kicked. We have a tighter sense of what kind of talk is acceptable.
I feel like we should as mods discuss and get second opinions on everything before we take action
@Abbysol agreed. No single-mod bans would work
It does preamble that we do allow free speech and heated debate. This is the place for that, from different respects and paradigms.

new accusation about spacey, if you guys saw
its now at the point where i dont know what to believe. no doubt hollywood is scummy, but no doubt false accusations happen. its basically 50/50
