I agree that Feudalism and Fascism are economically capitalist
@ImATomato I'm not a commie though just a humble CS major that had to take 4 semesters of accounting.
CompSci?
yes
Fair enough
Taking a degree in CS myslef
most people look at capitalism as a political system I look at it as strictly economic
Honestly idk if capitalism really exists because nobody seems to have a consistent definition of it and it doesn't seem to be a singular thing
an unrelated example of how I view things I pissed a nat soc off because he asked for a nat soc role in one server I co-own I gave him "Marxist"
and Nationalist
but still he freaked
In a sense monkeys can become capitalist the moment you give them tokens and they use it to exchange for food or groomings
yes
bonobos are capitalist as they trade a service for various things
the service happens to be sex
Hah what a sperg
I just googled the definion of capitalism for the first time and it fits my explanation
although now the left side shows it as a "political ideology" and somehow marx invented it

but moving on even the middle east is capitalist I still dont get why they hate us so much.
Marx coined the term
Honestly what marxists call Capitalism I just see as Liberalism insofar as it extends to economic life
And Liberalism I believe would not be able to survive outside mass industrialization
The way I see it we have two theoretical models that do not exist in practice. What we have in practice are markets with varying levels of regulation.
Modern capitalism really is mostly liberalism
Which is the issue
When you try to follow the non-regulations to the letter you arrive at liberalism, but if you decide not to follow it to the letter you might get a system that is still economically attractive without (or at least a very limited amount of) degenerate behaviour.
Take liberal politics out of economics
Companies like Disney, Google, Amazon, etc need to be smacked
Hard
Agreed.
The latter would always eventually evolve into the former
There's no point to try taking politics out of corporations, it's impossible nowadays
I mean both are basically entertwined, and have been for a few good decades at least.
I just want the (((Banks))) to fail
Put the pressure on the boards of the companies
See I actually think in modern day, the companies are scarier than the banks
But of course the banks were "too big" to fail
they're on the same team
True
I think there needs to be a point where we say “we’re tired of getting our political views from companies”
You want to start a revolution or change the world? its pretty easy you just have to get enough people together and convince them they are under attack by some kind of foe. That's essentially how every significant movement in history has come to pass for better or worse.
