I don't think you need to enforce 'one culture' in multinational countries like mine, but certain aspects of the cultures need to be erased permanently

The NSDAP let youth travel to youth hostels throughout Germany as field trips to gain an appreciation of their Homeland and whatnot; teach people about the environment and it's importance, take students on cleanups across the country, hikes, camping etc. and to youth hostels and the values will become self-perpetuating

Pornography is a very exploitative industry, not to mention it's sinful.
Basically, either create Prostitute Unions or ban it.
