possums are just redneck cats

they're like raccoons but not annoying little shits that hiss at you

I get hissed at by possums all the time

I have to watch out for them in the trees

i've only really ever seen them ambling around at night

They hiss if they are cornered or you "sneak" up on them

they also don't chew on things which is good for my attic

and by "sneak" I mean they walk right up to you because they are mostly blind

had a few raccoons up in there, not pleasant

yeah, they arent very destructive

which is a plus

they're just fat little gremlins that waddle around

They can be rabies carriers. Its their only real downside

i think it's pretty rare, though
