Some of you may be familiar with "The Noticer" from social media (most recently a Telegram channel), but after a long absence, he has returned to Twitter and Facebook. It took no more than 10 composed tweets in the span of 8 hours (dubbed Operation Mass Kvetching) to attract the attention of the Media Matters organization
