I have prayer in my heart most of every single day.
Quite interesting. I did study Orthodox African for a bit. Some old bible documents were found there. Northern Africa. If I remember correctly they fast even more than most other Orthodox Churches which still fast a lot.
I started this journey of discovery by a forty day fast. For part of it I would eat for an hour each day. I drank water during the entire fast except the first day. I try to support people who love God and pray. This can not be an easy Church to belong to. I commend you. I have great love for God and I believe God loves all men and never has hate within God. Yehovah is the name of God the best I can determine. But whomever you call God is fine with me. God answers prayers of all people is my belief. We need prayer. We need God's help especially now when One World Government is working so hard to come into being.
Fasting is very important in our spiritual lives for it teaches us to say NO to sin. Therefore, if we pray and fast, it helps us to be more attuned to God for only the pure in heart can see God and enter into His Heavenly Kingdom.
Lord Jesus Christ, teach us to pray at all times, to be aware of our fellow human beings, to love our enemies, and to pray for all our friends, our relatives, and our leaders that they may do the right thing, the honorable thing, so that we may all glorify Thy holy name and worship the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, One God in Three Divine Persons. Amen.
I do find some of your beliefs interesting and things I do not find in Western Christianity. It is important to you that God does not violate our free will. Not something I find many believing. Theosis and theoria is also interesting and again not common in western Christianity. Denied even by many Christians. I am in agreement with these by the way. I see the path differently but at least you see the path. Perhaps finding out about this now is better for me as I determined these things without just reading them in some book. Few christians seem to understand how important it is for God that we have free will. They have no clue what we need to try to develop either. It also seems you are far more accepting of the Old Testament. Most Christians I have known sort of reject it. Consider it inferior. Some reject the God of the Jews completely. They teach Moses taught an inferior religious belief. Seems Orthodox gives the God of Moses, Abraham and Isaac far more respect. Oneness is also given far more respect. Why Orthodox and Rome split. Christ was more important to them. They considered God and Christ more separate. Saw a greater need to use both names not just God. At least Orthodox belief on the Trinity makes a bit of sense to me.
I can easily see why you feel this superior to most Christianity. For me it still has many problems. But I have no problem with people being on differing paths to know God. God answers our prayers and at least you believe I should have the free will to believe as I believe.
The site I found also spoke of the meeting of the Pope in Rome with the Orthodox Pope, not sure he is called that. They prayed the Orthodox way so now I better understand how they are coming somewhat back together after a thousand years of separation. Guess there is more to do to settle the differences. I doubt they will do so as it seems to me the Pope in Rome is destroying the Catholic Church. Perhaps preparing for One World Government Trump is undoing. I doubt this Pope will last much longer. Too connected with pedophillia.
I pray in the name of One God. Yehovah. Deut 6:4. The only said prayer I use. I end the prayer in the name Yehovah.
I am glad God is blessing you as an Orthodox Christian. I hope I got this more or less right. I am still studying it.
The story is coming out. The Ecumenical Patriarch (EP) is just as dirty as the Pope of Rome. Both are controlled by the CIA, MI-6, etc. Both hope to unite in a one world church. Both are part of the Illuminati.
Thus, I am a Traditional Orthodox Christian, not under the EP, nor under the MP, but under Archbishop Stefanos of Athens.

O Lord Jesus Christ, help and guide us into all truth, for Thou art the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Keep us in Thy loving care and protect us, our friends, our families, our church leaders, and our civil leaders from all harm especially during these difficult times. Preserve us in the holy faith, and grant us Thy grace, so that we may worship, praise, and glorify Thee for all eternity with the Father and the Holy Spirit, One God. Amen.

Yes, those are my own words, but following the pattern of typical Orthodox Christian prayers, which stem from the time of Christ. Ancient prayers.

Lord, in you we move and have our being. We are so very privileged to have been chosen in you before the foundation of the world to live in this time. We trust in you to fulfil YOUR purpose and plan. We pray that you lead and guide each of your called out ones to follow hard after you in every thought and deed to bring your kingdom upon this earth. All glory and honor to you Lord Jesus!

The Scriptures say we should pray for our enemies. Pray that The Almighty will make himself known to them.

Father, thank you for bringing us to this day. Thank you for protecting President Trump, his family, the leaders of the administration, the leaders of this movement and all those who helped bring this day forward in revelation and truth. Thank you that your light had shone into the corners of darkness, showing clearly the need for cleansing, justice and healing in all areas and in all people. Protect the elections today, the people who help and those who vote. Keep the process fair and honest.
