I just went off ppi omeprazole that I had been on for about 15 years. It has been the hardest thing that I have ever done physically but I did it and the hardest part, like vomiting was limited to only 3 or 4 days. My stomach lining is finally healing. Sir woof. Do you know if the cannabis plant can be used the same way as the hemp plant(hemp hearts, hemp oil, textiles). I had heard that it was banned because it was competition for cotton. Ironic that bamboo as a textile, bldg material etc is now competition.

I love hemp hearts. I use them in yogourt, oatmeal, baked goods. You might want to look at chia seeds too-excellent fiber source and good protein and fats. Used by Incans/Mayans/Aztecs(not sure which) as sustaining energy source.
