@mr.mark First of all, we must look a context. Who is being spoken to and what is being instructed...another key point is many times, when women and men are being contrasted and or compared it is a contrast between spirit and soul, spirit is male (IN FUNCTIONALITY-NOT LITERALLY) while the soul is female (IN FUNCTIONALITY-NOT LITERALLY) the we look at the greek words and how those words were used, when the word is used in other passages, what is happening?

2018-03-04 19:15:25 UTC

@SirW00f I see we have you to thank for thatπŸ‘

2018-03-04 19:17:10 UTC

@mr.mark "19And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day" (Matthew 24:19-20)

The phrase "that are with child" in verse 19 was translated from the Greek words echo, en, and gaster, meaning "to have", "in", and "belly" respectively. In other words, the Greek text literally says, "that have in the belly". The Greek word gaster is the word from which the English word "gastric" is derived; gaster appears 9 times in 9 verses of the New Testament; it appears 6 times in 3 of the 4 Gospels and 3 times elsewhere. Out of the 6 times it is used in the Gospels, it is used 3 times to refer to Mary being pregnant with Jesus, and the other 3 times, it is used to refer to the time of great tribulation (as is the case in Matthew 24:19 above). This has prophetic significance. When Mary "had Jesus in the belly", she was forced to experience public shame for being an "unwed mother". As her belly grew in size, she was considered to be just another young girl who had thrown her life away. Mary's pregnancy made her look like a "failure" in the eyes of natural man. Thus, the word gaster is used in the Gospels to represent a burden that exposes you as a "failure" in the eyes of soulish man.

@narrow_arrow. Exactly. Jesus talking to Jews in Mat.24:19 referring to when God would go bqck to dealing with them. In 1st Tim 5:14 Gentiles encouraged to have children.dif dispensations. The only reason Im not building an ark is because God easnt talking to me!

2018-03-04 19:21:52 UTC

@mr.mark In 1 Tim, Paul is instructing us on limiting our soul communion to that which is consecrated and holy, not to be "unequally yolked" in a sense. As long as you keep that seperation in your heart, you will be blinded to the true nature of what is being said.

2018-03-04 19:23:05 UTC

@mr.mark i mean as long as you keep separating His word you'll be blinded from understanding

Hi Crystal

2018-03-04 19:56:10 UTC

why is it that some rooms you cant type in?

2018-03-04 20:01:39 UTC

Can't type in some rooms for sake of keeping the boards efficiently filled with what the group in charge of the board is posting. If you want in on any, get in touch with one of the people you see posting, directly.
