i think either last yr or this yr, canada passed a new court law. i forget what it was completely, but they laid it out like this - if ur here in court, ur guilty, no evidence can prove ur not guilty. no defense allowed

basically setting up a kangaroo court where it's martial law style but guilty anyway without defense

they went from innocent to be proven guilty, to a system of guilty and proven innocent, then just to guilty only, no proving u innocent
