Trump is a master of communication., so comparing his body language when he gave two speeches (one for Gorsuch and the other for Kavanaugh) is interesting. No doubt Trump wanted his female judge. Could it be that Trump knew that whomever he appointed would face fierce opposition and even assassination? Kavanaugh's battle for SC justice would smoke out the rats, who would panic and commit perjury and treason. K would be forced to fight, and fight he did with appropriate furious rage. Then after K's confirmation as SC Justice, Trump's preferred choice could more easily be confirmed to the SC because there are going to be more vacancies with Ginsburg and Thomas expected to die or retire before 2020.
