Is there anything that can be done while executive departments are closed?

I'm thinking that just gives them room to maneuver freely behind the scenes, which will be going on 24/7 as always. An extra layer of protection.

Think of it more like a federal holiday/day of observation of sorts... just ensures that "business" continues once the 24 hours is up. Re-read memo... one day... one day only. No funeral pass "get out of work excuses" for key players this week before legislative branch breaks for holiday. "No time to say hello goodbye... we're late, we're late, we're late." it's one of those uv mice ...almost nothing works effective as a mouse pad for it..almost nothing. but it's the only backup mice i have that still works

note - get optical mice...they work on anything

I’m actually considering signing up for the Air National Guard if the recruiter confirms that the military will pay off my school loans and pay for me to finish my Masters degree... it will suck if WWIII breaks out but if not I’ll be out in 4 years with o lot having to do 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks in the summer and leave with my Masters degree paid for and weapons training that I lack in my pursuit of survival/SHTF preparedness...
