i think neither the reporting website nor aoc understand about the 3billion
it's 3billion off their taxes if amazon sets up shop in her district
which means only amazon would get the 3billion back..nobody in the state nor city would get the 3billion

or amazon wouldn't be billed the 3billion in state/city taxes
which means no 3 billion is around to be used for anything
by the city or state
