Alright, so I had a little brewing adventure with a coffee substitute and it kinda failed but I used a few cinnamon sticks and one of them completely unfolded and has a layer of slime underneath and I may have created what the medieval called a "magic stick"

They didn't know why they did what they did at the time, but they usually stirred things like apple juice with them to produce apple cider, grape juice to produce wine etc.

Apparently they were pieces of wood with wild yeast on them and I feel like I have created a piece of cinnamon wood with a layer of yeast

What do you think? Should I use it in my next brewing adventure?
