So i think this will be my last update involving cps, my aunt, and everything

My aunt has remained in a mental ward since her diagnosis, no improvement nothing, this basically led to the cancellation of her court date that she was supposed to have this week and basically confirms she no longer has custody if the child

No one on my aunts side wants to take custody of my cousin, no on both my parents sides are capable of taking the child, and my family, specifically my parents, are no longer able to support my cousin because most if us don't have the energy to take care of the child anymore (parents being old with a retired father, a mother who is still working, a sister who is in college, and me who is struggling to find a job)

Basically at this point we're waiting for cps to take the kid if they decied to put her in witness protection, because well, my aunt know where my family lives and seeing how shes a violent schizo now, they don't wanna risk it if she's released

Or at least until my parents decied when to give my cousin back to cps

Again this is my last update on the situation until my little cousin is either taken away or given back
