no idea. you could ask him, but how long have you been there? I understand how you're feeling, but it doesn't really matter too much what he feels atm. worst thing is to have that concern getting in your head and affecting you. don't be cold or anything, but getting involved with people almost always entails some form of dramam and, personally at least, I find it best not to mix drama in with how I get my bills paid. I pretty much just blank out at work.

I WRITHED AROUND IN BED FOR ANOTHER FUCKING HOUR. Yeah that's an extreme case on insomnia
i couldnt fucking sleep until 1 AM last night, too! Attempting the same fucking thing at 10 that same night! But nononono, NOTHING WORKED
Have you tried listening to anything relaxing
I cant sleep if i put on anything ambient. I cant sleep if there's any light in the room.
I cant even do anything productive with the insomnia, because I don't have a fucking decent lamp to read my textbooks with either.
Have you tried tiring your body out
I did some light exersize so my heart rate was in the 120's for an hour in the afternoon.
Can you give examples?
I was riding my bicycle.
Try more intense exercises
Ones that'll tire your whole body out
Push ups, sit ups, running, lifting, etc
Really work your body out until it can't anymore
Work out until muscle failure
Alright, but still. You're acting like riding a bike for an hour isn't good exercise. I *tried*.

It's good, but it won't completely tire you out
I typically try to sprint as long as I can
I usually first run and then upperbody/gut stuff
I had a little bit out a gut coming in, but after running again since last week , it’s starting to go away

Over ate today by mistake so I'm gonna have to do my full workout again (was gonna do that anyways after taking a break from lifting)
Been running at least 2.5 to 3 miles a day
