shoulder's still fucked up and i cant get back to full power yet

starting to see doctor for physical therapy, chiropractic help, whatever i need to fix it

i've plateaued so I am at the point where I can start putting on a fuck ton of muscle and then do cardio at night.

working out twice a day now

yeah i was almost back to max power

then this shoulder balked again

been nursing it for a few weeks

ive been lucky enough to not have any injuries

i think its a pinched nerve

from crashing my car months ago

on my left arm

no feeling in pinkie or ring finger for months

but full motion

most muscular movements of my arm and shoulder are totally fine
