I don't see the need for population "growth" in general on this planet, considering current numbers and trends, environment and robotics, but then again there is no such thing as too many white babies.

In 2016 this program was moved to Syria. Keep this in mind when war hawks in government and the media blame the Syrian government . These weapons are held by the “rebels“.
