Benching is for losers who want to appear strong but are actually cream puffs. I'm currently dumbbell pressing 60lbs on each arm, I'm up to 75lbs with Bulgarian squats, and I'm working my way up to 220lbs deadlift. I just started so I'm pretty proud of myself.
