I can be great at my job, but there is always someone in a higher position than me

I get that, because that woman has a child and well I also have a child...

I can't tell me boss, I'm in charge now

plus the boss may have certain management and leadership skills i don't have yet

I wouldn't make a good boss right now, nor would I want to

@Sigma as long as you don't own the company their has to be a level of subsurvience so your right

When it come to leaders and follower I am both, what in trying say is that whatever I set myself to do it comes natural to me.

But I do have a big heart, which was given to me by GOD.

I have actually been in leadership roles in more than one job and I handled it well, but I can't say it was for me

Try being in charge of a team of 10 people

that's hard to do

I use to be for 50+.

I managed about 15 ppl in my early 20's and then 10 about 2 years ago

I just don't understand why it's hard.

Communication is a key part of it and making sure everyone is on the same page

I work great alone, group, or following.

@Royal Saiyan for me it was just mentally taxing listening to everyone's issues, made me feel lke I had 10 kids or I was a phycologist

I'm sort of like that too, but i prefer to be alone

and I'll ask for help when needed

but I like to be left alone to work

I'll follow as long as I know my role

I love to work alone

Give me something to do, as long as it's useful and important to get done

yea, I can't have people talking to me about football at work or any other sports

i don't even know how people get away with that
