I managed about 15 ppl in my early 20's and then 10 about 2 years ago

I just don't understand why it's hard.

Communication is a key part of it and making sure everyone is on the same page

I work great alone, group, or following.

@Royal Saiyan for me it was just mentally taxing listening to everyone's issues, made me feel lke I had 10 kids or I was a phycologist

I'm sort of like that too, but i prefer to be alone

and I'll ask for help when needed

but I like to be left alone to work

I'll follow as long as I know my role

I love to work alone

Give me something to do, as long as it's useful and important to get done

you very much seem stuck on the emotional side of things

your emotions are a chemical response to thoughts

identify the thoughts causing the emotions and it's easier to deal with

I'm very bold and stern of what I want when dealing with women but I noticed that I pull them because I speak from heart/truth

I was thinking about feelings last night...yes we have them, and a lot of them are uncomfortable. The world doesn't stop when you feel bad, you still need to do shit regardless of how you feel. Also feelings breed irrationality and impulsive behavior that is destructive, so the goal it to work to become as rational as possible and think before you do
