Zeta and Sigma applies to mgtow
or they're related
These are mindsets and sometimes they are fleeting.
Because I know I could of likely smash and dash but it was just my decision of thinking it could be more and wanting to do it right. But I could of easily pump her if I'd just make my mind right then and there which I've done in the past.
They change over time
@Royal Saiyan juice isn't worth the squeeze, my dude, but your path is your path~
I could be alpha in the gym, but i have to play the role of a beta at work taking orders so i can keep my job
i think you can be awesome at whatever you choose to do
I secretly hate beta because it is used incorrectly, I feel like in our based low level instant gratification society simply being smart enough to avoid certain things all together can come off as beta to more ignorant ppl
even if it's at work
Beta in reality is just a supporter of a given alpha

Thanks
Maybe my thinking is flawed
I can be great at my job, but there is always someone in a higher position than me
I have to do what I got to do for the company, and take guidance from my boss
I get that, because that woman has a child and well I also have a child...
I can't tell me boss, I'm in charge now
plus the boss may have certain management and leadership skills i don't have yet
I like to live and let live
@Sigma as long as you don't own the company their has to be a level of subsurvience so your right
When it come to leaders and follower I am both, what in trying say is that whatever I set myself to do it comes natural to me.
But I do have a big heart, which was given to me by GOD.
I follow when It's more wise to follow
That's why most women can't resist me
True
I can lead and make decisions if necessary, but I'd rather the group all agree on one thing
I'm a critical thinker
if it's a 50-50 split, then we need to figure something out and go from there
I have actually been in leadership roles in more than one job and I handled it well, but I can't say it was for me
It's not easy
Try being in charge of a team of 10 people
that's hard to do
I use to be for 50+.
I managed about 15 ppl in my early 20's and then 10 about 2 years ago
I just don't understand why it's hard.
Communication is a key part of it and making sure everyone is on the same page
I work great alone, group, or following.
