@machtyn Try living alone. Silence is one of the few things worth buying. That and distance from neighbors. If it takes 1,300 a month to have that, try it for a year. It's a consciousness thing. Being still and silent, like taking meditation out of an event role and into a lifelong experience. This assumes you've been living with roomamates or other busy situations
