@Denno my main advice would be. take care of yourself, focus on that. dont beat yourself up. failure is regular and comes often. and cut out toxic influence. it may hurt now. but you cant heal until your free to do so.

i would suggest trying cbt if you havent already. thats cognitive behavioral therapy. it can give you skills to help cope with and move past depression as well as many other problems. medication.. is really a hit and miss thing in my experience. and comes with too many side effects.
More bad news from me, testosterone and high levels of it are important for males depression as well, you need it.

I am not judging on being trans is good or bad from any standpoint. However i do think hormonal imbalances that are forced by external intake may contribute to a bad mental development
